Thank you for shopping with Mahadesh Farms. We are committed to your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returns, refunds, or replacements when products do not meet your expectations.
When Return or Refund is Possible
You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following situations:
- Product is damaged, spoiled, or arrived in unacceptable condition.
- Product is missing or incomplete (parts/components missing).
- Product is significantly different from description or your order (wrong variety, wrong quantity, severe packaging damage).
- Order was shipped incorrectly (wrong item sent).
When Return or Refund is Not Possible
Returns or refunds are generally not available for:
- Perishable items (e.g. mangoes, fresh produce) once accepted in good condition, unless spoilage or damage occurred in transit.
- Plants, saplings, or nursery stock once delivered and accepted, unless damage is evident on delivery.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage by the customer.
- hange of mind (unless you purchased under a policy or promotion that explicitly grants this right).

How to Initiate a Return / Claim
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used by you during purchase (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- It may take 3–7 business days after we confirm the refund request for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank / payment provider.
- Shipping / logistics charges are non‑refundable (i.e. original shipping fee will not be refunded), unless we confirm that the fault was ours.
Replacement
- If you receive a wrong / damaged product, and we confirm your claim, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost (including shipping) if possible.
- Replacement shipping times will follow normal shipment schedules (or possibly expedited, depending on the situation and your location).
Compensation / Store Credit
- In certain cases (e.g. small damage, where returning is not feasible), we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund or replacement.
- Store credit may have an expiry or other conditions; we will inform you before issuing.
Inspection and Evidence
- Please keep all original packaging, labels, tags, and any documents that came with the product until the claim is resolved.
- We may ask for photos / videos of the damaged or wrong item from different angles, evidence of outer packaging condition, etc., to help with insurance / courier claims.
Customer Responsibilities
- Inspect items upon delivery; if damage is obvious, please note on courier receipt and take photos.
- Store perishable items immediately in appropriate conditions as per the product instructions (e.g. refrigeration, shade) to avoid spoilage.
- For plants/saplings: follow basic care immediately; keep soil moist etc., so that damage due to transit can be distinguished from damage due to post‑delivery neglect.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time, so please review it periodically. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the website.
